Christmas Day

We had a low key Christmas morning. The kids didn't wake up until almost 8 a.m.! (I know that won't always be the case!) They opened their stockings first while I made their breakfast and then we went in and opened presents. We hosted Christmas dinner at our house. My parents, Grandma, my sister's family, Uncle Steve (my mom's brother), and Rich's brother John joined us. We had a wonderful Christmas and of course everyone was spoiled rotten! Here are some of the highlights:
Luke knew exactly what to do with the wrapping paper. The funny thing was that he was so careful about it.

Luke got this Fisher-Price Little People Garage for Christmas. As you can see, it was a hit with Reagan as well. It is just too bad that Luke is so possessive of his cars. The other 2 highlights for him were a Thomas the Train set and Tinker Toys.

Caroline was so excited to finally get her Nintendo DS! She got the Wizards of Waverly Place Game and a fashion designer game.

When Reagan opened her cradle for her dolls, she bounced up and down on her knees and waved her arms excitedly. She got a new dolly for her cradle and a baby bathtub to give her dollies a bath.

Reagan is preparing for Round 2 with presents from my parents and grandma!

Caroline has been wanting a "puffy" vest. My grandma found this one with fur! She loves it! She wears it around the house even when she has no where to go! I think she looks darling in it!

I love this picture because Reagan is sitting in her Great-Uncle Steve's lap. She is very selective about who she sits with or even interacts with. She warmed up to him this trip!

We had a wonderful day and enjoyed being around our family. We are very blessed and are grateful for the many blessings we have!

Lots to say - 1st you are my hero for hosting that many people ON Christmas! But then it is nice not taking 2 toddlers to someone else's house! 2nd I love the end pic of Reagan w/ her binky - looks like MY Reagan! 3rd the vest is really cute - I bought two for my big girls at a resale shop and they look so old and trendy in them! They are the fuzzy kind too. Happy New Year! Are you ready for their birthday? It might snow here (again!) on the babies' birthday!
